Harmony Podcast #14-Part 2 is now available!! :) It is almost 45 minutes long this time, and includes a song at the end (I'm not saying which one, it's a surprise :p) In this segment, Twitch and I talk some more and as it gets later we get a bit...punchy. We do talk about JKR's comments some more, play the rest of the voicemails, address the problem of fanfic authors getting nasty reviews for reasons beyond our scope of understanding, and the in-fighting that seems to be going on in our ship lately. Oh, and Twitch reveals her discovery of the 'reply' button for her reviews on Portkey, lol! I hope you enjoy it, because we had a blast doing this one :)

Guess what??!! Harmony Podcast #14-Part 1 is now available!! :) It is an hour and a half long (no, you didn't misread that) and the second part should be about an hour long. This part contains Twitch E. Littleferret and I discussing JKR's comments at Radio City Music Hall last week, and also the comments and voicemails you guys sent in about it. Please excuse the sound, we used Skype, and I was able to make Twitch more audible but it gets a little 'wavy' sounding at times (You'll know what I mean when you hear it). There's no background music, no songs, and no fanfic recs, just us talking, so hopefully you'll still enjoy it and maybe you'll even agree with some of the things we say. This podcast is dedicated to 'Sarah', someone whose friend Natalie wrote to me to tell me that listening to Podcast #9 gave her the courage to turn her father in to the police after years of physical, mental, and sexual abuse. It is also dedicated to my listeners who have written to me with their own accounts of abuse and survival, who thanked me for doing the show and bringing awareness to a subject that is often overlooked.

In honor of Sarah, I had Natalie send me three of her favorites songs and one of her favorite H/Hr fan fic one shots. Hopefully hearing this podcast will let 'Sarah' know that even though she's now in a new place where she will be well taken care of, I'm so proud of her, I'm still here for her if she needs me, and hopefully listening to this will give her even more comfort while she begins her new life. And to every other survivor out there that had the courage to get help, stay strong. I'm also hoping that if there are any other abuse victims out there that are scared of seeking out help, these stories may just give them the strength to get the help that they need.
